Customers must be at least 21 years of age to access or purchase products through Suria Research Compounds LLC.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they are 21 years of age or older, acknowledges that products are sold strictly for Research Use Only, acknowledges the applicable use restrictions described in these Terms and in Suria's Research Standards, and represents that they have the authority to enter into the transaction.

Access and purchasing are limited to adults whose intended use is legitimate laboratory or scientific research consistent with Suria's Research Use Only restrictions. Suria may request additional information or verification before granting or continuing access, accepting an order, or fulfilling a transaction, and may deny or cancel access or orders when the stated or apparent intended use is inconsistent with these restrictions.

Products offered by Suria Research Compounds LLC are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or mitigation of disease.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession and research activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements.

Suria strives to present product names, quantities, specifications and available analytical documentation accurately.

Research information and references provided on the website are informational and should not be interpreted as medical advice or instructions for human use.

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders may be subject to payment verification, availability review and other reasonable order-processing requirements.

Suria reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory discrepancies, legal or compliance concerns, or erroneous product/pricing information.

If payment has been collected for an order Suria subsequently cancels, an appropriate refund will be issued through the applicable payment method where possible.

Customers may request cancellation before an order enters fulfillment. If Suria can stop the order before it is packed or committed to shipment, we will cancel it and issue the appropriate refund.

Once fulfillment has begun or the shipment has been committed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Once shipped, our standard research-use, non-returnable policy applies, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Suria does not accept payment for inventory it does not physically have available for fulfillment. Products marked as unavailable cannot be purchased, and products marked "Coming Soon" may be displayed but are not yet available for purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address-change requests are possible only before fulfillment begins, and Suria cannot guarantee a change once an order is processing.

If Suria ships to the address submitted by the customer and delivery fails because that address was incorrect, the order generally does not qualify for complimentary replacement or Suria Delivery Protection. If Suria ships to an address different from the one submitted because of Suria's error, we correct the problem at our expense.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Orders requiring payment settlement may remain on hold until funds are confirmed.

Suria branding, original graphics, photographs, website design and original written content may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Suria works to maintain reliable access to this website, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Information on the site may also be corrected or updated as needed.

Suria may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the current version is shown below.
